The service

Attesta scans publicly accessible web pages against automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks and reports the results in plain language. Automated checks are a starting point, not a legal guarantee: scores describe risk found so far, never certified conformance, and some requirements can only be verified by human review.

Your responsibilities

• Only scan sites you own or are authorised to assess.
• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't attempt to overwhelm, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the billing period. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout based on your member state; valid VAT IDs receive reverse-charge treatment.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

Dutch law applies; the courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction.
